I am a Project Manager who was in a pinch. I had ordered some heavy equiptment from another supplier who did not come through, and put my project behind. I called, and spoke to Jaedy, at the Conroe,Tx. location, and She had me set up for delivery the next day within a few moments! I will ALWAYS call United Rentals FIRST from now on!
