Spent 2500 dollars on a new bed, within the first year the bed has sunk an inch and is completely uncomfortable. We wake up with headaches and back aches almost every night. They say it hasn't sunken an inch and a half yet so they will not replace it, There is nothing they will do about it. We have spent a little over ten thousand dollars on furniture in the last couple years but they could care less. The girl at customer service was totally rude, I called to talk to the manager and he didn't even call me back, they had some sales guy call back. They obviously do not care about customer loyalty so we won't be back. We actually were waiting for them to deliver new leather couches but canceled that order because they were so unhelpful. We will never set foot in that place again.

I have used them in 2 different states and when I broke a piece on my bedroom set that I bought in Utah, I went to the store in Vegas and they were able to get me the replacement piece in no time. I really love the outlet center!

I went online to check out all of their furniture and this one particular Bedroom armoire caught my attention since it is on clearance sale. I called the store the one on Henderson area to find out if they have it on stock. Unfortunately they don't since it's on clearance, but this lady name Julie assure me she could have it deliver from Utah to their warehouse store the next day, eventhough she have found out they wont deliver it in that area, she made an extra mile to make sure I will get the furniture I wanted, She made an effort to call me back within minutes to notify me.

I've shopped with R.C. Willey "off and on" for years. I can't believe some of the comments here, they're very unfortunate, but I've always recieved exemplary service from any of this companies' stores. Thier selection is excellent, from budget stuff to higher end, both furniture and electronics. Any issues I've had have been minor and they've always gone the extra mile to fix them to my satisfaction. I'll continue shopping at R.C. Willey for years to come, I'm so glad they opened stores in Las Vegas!

We went to RCWilley for our first time with more than enough in cash to pay for a new desk. Maybe it's because we're in our mid-twenties and look a little younger but the salespeople completely bypassed us for the older couple walking in behind us. Not ONE salesperson even greeted us and asked if we needed help. We passed at least five salespeople during the 20 minutes we were in there! Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. I do have to say though that they have some nice furniture and some great deals.
