the receptionist hung up on me when i asked her to hold on for one minute while i put my child into the stroller. the manager hung up on me after i asked him to talk to the owner. apparently the receptionist's actions fall in line with the managements. i'm going with alladin limo.

this company went the xtra mile for me and family in a highly stressed situation....thank you lakeshore pacific

I was in a wedding who used Lakeshore. It picked us up in their 15 pass. Hummer. Only had ONE bottle of champagne for 15 people! Driver was NOT friendly. Did not talk to any of the party. Lakeshore was supposed to pick up bride & groom after reception, NEVER showed! Bride & Groom had to get a ride from a guest to their hotel. Company does not want to reimburse the couple! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
